Had a really enjoyable day when shooting Maria & Martins wedding – had met Maria at lots of her friends weddings – and was lovely to meet so many past couples. Then, to top it off, received this lovely bit of feedback

Hi Kevin

Just a little note to say we absolutely love all our photos! You really captured the day so well and were both really looking forward to picking out the chosen ones for an album- though you’ve made that a tough job! Thanks so much again for everything.
Maria & Martin xx
It’s great when couples take the time out to drop you a line 🙂

Back in November I travelled up to Blacklion in Cavan for the wedding of Rachel & Dan. This was going to be a good one as the reception was in the stunning Markree Castle. After a quick stop at the local pub we headed up to Rachels grandads land (in an incident filled drive !) and then on to Markree in Sligo. Unfortunately the Sligo traffic put paid to my hopes of some outside shots in Markree so I was delighted we had a few in the bag. See below for a small selection of images from the day.

Received another lovely bit of feedback from one of my recent couples, well chuffed !! 🙂  –  although it was hard to go wrong with the subjects, the location & the general fun on the day.

Hi Kevin,

Have just gone through all of our photo’s, they are all amazing!
You managed to capture so many moments as well as the finer details of our big day. The autumn colours look so vibrant they really are just out of this world.
Having you there was a dream, couldn’t recommend you highly enough. Deffo one of the best decisions we have ever made;)
Thanks again Jodi & Jono xxx

See below for a few pics from their day – hope you enjoy

Sometimes things just fall into place. When shooting Jodi & Jonathans wedding in the stunning surroundings of Kilshance House, we had a choice to make. While at the local church it was a case of greeting line or no greeting line, the weather was baltic so we decided to head back to the hotel. We pulled in down by the lake and the late evening light was coming through the tress which were in the height of their autumn colours. We managed to grab a few pics before the wind picked up, along with showers and we headed to the warmth of the open fires in Kilshane. We spent 15 mins taking photos in the forest, but, if we had have had a greeting line it would have been too dark & cold – the result………a selection of fab pics of the couple, one of which is below.

Just before Christmas I had the pleasure of shooting Mary & Denis’ wedding in the stunning Glasson Hotel & Country Club. The brief was simple, keep the posing to a minimum, and, with the day that was in it (sub-zero temperatures !!) that wasn’t too hard as the big fires & mulled wine kept the trips outside for photos down to a minimum. A long day, as I stayed for the first dance, but a very enjoyable & rewarding one.MDCollage 1MDCollage 2MDCollage 3
