Angela & Joe Feedback

wedding ideas

April 18, 2019 by Kevin Morris

Hot off shooting Angela & Joes wedding down in Athlone, I was thrilled that they took the time to leave a review when the partying subsided.

We are so happy that we chose Kevin as our photographer! He slotted into our morning prep with ease (it was like he wasn’t even there!) but at the same time, he was great craic! The pictures are stunning-his photographer eye sought out some great places to take amazing shots! Can’t thank him enough for making the memories from our special day look so good! Angela and Joe xx

Last October I had the privilege to shoot Mary and Lornas city centre wedding. This was a day so full of love, fun and those little touches to make the day truly unique. From the hand made table settings that Lorna made herself, to the open top cadillac ride through the centre of Dublin it was a blast of a day to document. We started the day in the Spencer Hotel, then we made our way up to the City Hall, one of my favourite wedding spots. After the ceremony and a few family photos we headed off to Merrion Square where the autumn colours made a beautiful backdrop for the stunning couple. We walked up towards the canal before heading back to Nolita for a few celebratory drinks, then we took another short walk along to Fallon & Byrne which had been beautifully decorated by the girls. Not only did I have a wonderful time in the company of fantastic people, but with all that walking around the city I also got my 10,000 steps in  – a win win !!!! Hopefully you will enjoy the few images from the day below.

Last autumn I had the absolute pleasure of shooting Sharon & Pauls wedding at the stunning Kilshane House, Tipperary. It really is a wonderful time to shoot there and the weather played it’s part, clear & sunny day lighting up the wonderful autumn tones in the trees. Throw in a relaxed couple with little or no demands and a clear night so we could get a few outside shots before the dancing and overall it was a fab day. Have a look at the photos below to get an idea.

It’s surprising the amount of couples who feel nervous and/or uncomfortable about getting their photos taken. “We hate getting our photos taken” or “We don’t want to spend all day away from our guests” are two of the most common worries we hear from couples.

Luckily we specialise in making the photos as stress free and relaxed as possible (even a bit of fun !!) and we don’t make a song and dance about it, nor do we take all day. Our goal on each wedding day is to blend into the background, but be available for direction when required, maximise the time each couple gets to spend with their guests but without any compromise on quality, and to present each couple with a fab selection of images, telling the story of their day.

If this sounds like what you are looking for just get in touch through the contact page with your details and we’ill get back to you asap – we would love to hear from you.

Lovely email received from Martina & Steve whose wedding I shot in the fab Ashley Park House.

Anyway, we would like to thank you so much and let you know how really pleased we were with your professionalism on the day of our wedding and the finished product of our wedding photos. You captured the essence of the day throughout and love all the candid shots of us and our guests which we’ve enjoyed sharing with them. We’re not a couple who love being in front of the lens and you put us both at ease. It’s so special for us to have these as it brings us vividly back to the day and we get to re-live it over and over again & hopefully for years to come.  We would highly recommend you.
