I like to have a balance in my wedding photos, a few formals, a few nice shots of the happy couple, but I concentrate on the unseen moments, the fun, the smiles, or the downright funny. I’m hoping this wasn’t a high powered business call 🙂

Kevin was our photographer for our wedding in September. From the moment I met him months earlier I knew he was going to be great!!! Kevin is such a nice guy and really puts you at ease- this is very important when U are spending the day with someone who is taking your photo!! Kevin came to my mams house on morning of wedding and stayed right though until the first dances. He captured some really fantastic images of the day…. Your wedding photographs are so important, something you only get one chance at…. Anyone out there looking for a photographer, do yourself a favour and book Kevin. You won’t regret it. Thanks Kevin! My 2015 weddings were wrapped up on a wet & windy 31st December in the warm & cosy Trim Castle Hotel. Many, many thanks to all those couples who put their trust in me for their big day, I met so many wonderful couples, friendly families and slightly bonkers bridal parties there was never a dull moment. I got to revisit some favourite reception venues, and even discovered a few new ones (after 10 years that’s an achievement !!). I also got to meet a lot of familiar faces at weddings during the year courtesy of their recommendations for which I am extremely grateful, all bookings are great, but bookings based on referrals are especially nice. Looking ahead to 2016 there are only a select few dates available up to mid-August, with a bit more in terms of availability through to the end of December.
See below for a selection of images from throughout the year, not a “best of” nor a “favourites” gallery, just a compilation of images which reflect my style –Â informal, relaxed, with, where possible, a bit of the wow factor sprinkled in. I am often asked if I do family shots, and yes, of course I do, but my preference is to capture the unposed moments, the laughs, the hugs, the mad friends and build up a balanced and emotional story of the day rather than just a selection of poses.
Here’s to a great year 🙂

Lets face it, a wedding in Ireland at any time of the year is not guaranteed good weather. On the 28th December Ballymagarvey village looked stunning for the wedding of Fiona & Kevin but unfortunately the weather let us down with heavy winds and rain showers. We did however catch a break with a 15 min dry spell and we used what we could to create some lovely images. This one is one of my favourites, shot through a Christmas tree and its fairy lights – hope you like it 🙂

Delighted to hand over Claire & Donaghs album to them before Christmas – it turned out really well, and a nice surprise was a little note of thanks which they passed to me 🙂
